[Elecraft] K3: 1 ppm TCXO calibration - Methode 3 - Data sheet missing from ELECRAFT

Surely you can receive some standard station at a known stable frequency 
and use Method 2.  While WWV is suggested, that method will work with 
any station having a know stable frequency.

Method 3 had been discontinued some time ago.
