[Elecraft] KX2 & FT8

I've been doing digimodes for about two years now, and worked with Windows'
flagship product for much longer than that.  In short, this isn't my first
rodeo.   At some point, it's time to just stop fiddling and get on the air
with what works.

I didn't throw the other sound dongles away; maybe I'll try again.   I'll
be sure to bring the SL with me just in case, however.
