[Elecraft] Rear panel mic cable adapter

Hi all,
I have recently removed a MicroKeyer-II from my station in order to reduce
complexity, but one of the legacy issues is how to get mic audio into the
backplane connector on the K3s. Because of the way my operating desk it set
up, I need to keep my headset on the left side, but the radio is on my
right. There is no place to hang the headset on the right side. I have a
long extension cord that I could probably just re-position to use the front
Foster connector, but I'd much rather have it feed the back panel instead
for the sake of neatness. Does such an adapter exist?
