[Elecraft] Remote On/Off KPA-1500

1) send a serial command ^on1 via the USB port.  This is what the KPA1500 Utility does.  The amp can process a few commands like this when “off”. The KPA1500 Remote program can also do this, via the USB connector. ^on0 turns the amp off.

2) supply 12v DC to a rear panel RCA connector. This can be used with a K3 to power the amp on with the K3, but any source of 12v will do.

3) pull down (ground) pin 8 on the ACC connector.  Pull it down briefly.

4) send a Wake on LAN “magic packet” via the Ethernet connector.  WoL must be enabled with a menu option.    The KPA1500 Remote program does this when connected to the amp via Ethernet.
