Better solution: Get an ultra-quiet fan. I’ve replaced every fan in every power supply, computer, and piece of test equipment that I own. Totally inaudible, and cheap. They come in all sizes and various airflows and include compliant mounts. This $13, 60mm one I got from Amazon fit my little Samlex 1223:  Nanoxia Deep Silence Fan 60mm 2000rpm Cooling, NDS60-2000
