My vote must goes to Don Wilhelm.  He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding.  

Even though I have not experienced many issues with Elecraft hardware I did during my build of the K2, dumb stiff but I could always count on Don for his support.

I have had a bit of experience at customer technical field support and I sense Don’s welcomed patience.
