[Elecraft] K3s Sensitive adjustment for FT8

Bill & all those who replied,

Thanks. I had tried turning everything to 
around 52 in the windows device but that 
did not resolve the issue. I dropped it to 
1/3 and indeed that resolved the issue. 
I've no idea why things are so different 
than they were but They are what they are.
