[Elecraft] K3 port sharing and FT-8

I got several answers suggesting that LP-Bridge will work and I tried all of the 
suggestions with no success.

Even disabling all other applications and just trying to connect WSJT-X via 
LP-Bridge Virtual Port 1 gives a hamlib error.
