[Elecraft] K3 port sharing and FT-8

I do port sharing for a K3s through Win4k3 with ACLog, N1MM+, and
Wsjt-X/JTAlert all running and no problems. Normally don't have N1MM+ and
ACLog running at same time but have done it with no problems.
