Alan: Your description may be right on, it may explain why the effect is 
difficult to reproduce and appears to be "intermittent," sometimes it 
maintains the center frequency and sometimes it doesn't.  I'll try the 
FixMode=Static with a controlled set of changes that I know will cause 
the problem in Full Screen mode.
