[Elecraft] KPA1500 loose 3K Ohm/3 watt resistor

Hi Andy

The amp appears to be working properly. 

The leads of the resistor look like they are bent at the end as if it was soldered to surface of the board and not through hole. 

Will be interesting what comes out of this.

I've heard of SMT components dropping of boards but it should be impossible for a properly installed wire ended component to fall off.
