[Elecraft] WSJT-X Frequency Anomaly

Do a sanity check by listening to WWV. That will tell you if your 
various radios are telling frequency lies or not.

The thing to be aware of is that the reference oscillators in the 
respective radios will drift. There is a method using WWV in the K3 
manual to check and adjust the REF CAL error.
