[Elecraft] Do the KPA/KAT500 PowerCombo Application Notes regarding Yaesu radios describe how a 10-pin DIN/15-pin serial cable should be wired to implement Enhanced Mode coordinated band switching from the radio without the need to transmit (as opposed to Basic Mode automatic band switching when RF is applied)?

James,

As  a long time KPA500 and KAT500 user, I've never seen the need for any
such connection between the rig and the amp. All it takes is a dit or a
tap on the mic, and the both are ready to go. The only connections that
ARE required is the pull to ground to put the amp in TX mode that loops
through the RCA connectors on the KAT500. That is, Key Out from the rig
to one RCA on the tuner, and RCA-RCA jumper from the other RCA to the amp.
