Couldn’t agree more.  I’ll wager there is at least one early K3 out there with a new synthesizer board and none of the published K3 updates installed.  Sure .. it’s “upgraded”, but what is it?

The whole “I have a K3S and you have a mere K3” bit of puffery going around is just … well … puffery :-)
