[Elecraft] OT: USPS mailing

Elecraft normally uses UPS except for small lightweight items - they 
have a corporate account with good rates.

For small parts orders, I normally request First Class Mail or if it 
exceeds 13 Oz. USPS Priority Mail.  Either one normally reaches me in 3 
days or less.
