[Elecraft] KPA500 not faulting

Hi Jack:

I hit mine with about 100 watts. Had a great exchange with support along
with some over-email troubleshooting. Even though they think they
pinpointed the issue and I should be able to replace the component I
decided to return it for the repair and a good going-over.
