[Elecraft] How to get a pgm like MSHV or WSJTx to read the K3 Sub-Rx QRG ?

You should be able to listen on the right channel with a second instance if software. Software must be a different folder on computer. I don’t think you can control the sub from this. 

For what you are trying to do you might consider a Flex 6500.
