There are so many things wrong in this short paragraph that I hardly 
know where to start. I strongly suggest that you buy and study N0AX's 
recent ARRL book on Grounding and Bonding. What you seem to be 
describing is also a violation of the National Electric Code. And while 
you're at it, buy and study the ARRL Antenna Book.
