[Elecraft] K3S/P3/KPS500/KAT500 Restart Woes

Are you powering the P3 from the K3S?  May have blown an internal fuse 
in the K3S 12V aux feed.

KPA500 does not power on.  Is the switch on the back ON?

Yes, recent WSJT-X update did change some of the TX audio level values.  
You will need to check the SPKR value on your computer, about 30% is 
good to start, set the PWR slider on WSJT-X to 1/3 from top for both 
TUNE and Transmit.  Check to see that DATA A mode is selected on the 
radio and the Line Gain {set by the MIC knob} is about 30 or so.

All three audio control points must be correct for things to work 
correctly.  If any value is near minimum or near maximum then there are 
adjustments through the 3 points which need to be made.

Those three points are:

SPKR level on the computer

PWR setting slider in WSJT-X

Line Gain on the K3S.
