[Elecraft] K3S/P3/KPS500/KAT500 Restart Woes

I am not sure if you are trying to power up the P3 with the K3 off, but 
........

If you have the P3 powered from the K3 and have the internal jumper set 
to power on with K3.  Then the P3 will only come on when you power up 
the K3.

Just a thought.
