[Elecraft] K3 Banner Question

As I am sure you’ll hear from others, it’s a K3 Utility configuration function.  The K3 Utility is free software on our web site.  

Follow the “support” link to software for the K-Line.  The same K3 Utility is used for K3 and K3S.

Banner is on the Configuration tab.
