I run Linux Mint 19.2 (Tina) and have installed the Linux KX2 utility.  I have successfully created a rule so that the KX2 is recognized on /dev/ttyUSB0 by the OS.  The program, however, will not open the port so it does not “see” the radio as connected.  I have tried several online suggested solutions to no success.  Any advice?

(I have been successful in getting Windows NetLogger to run under WINE, if any Linux user is interested!)
