[Elecraft] K3LowRX WhenKPA500 is in OPER

I agree with Bob.  This exact problem occurred with my KPA500 last year and
it was the switching diodes.  Support offered to send the parts for me to
replace but I opted to send the amp in for repair.  Support was a pleasure
to deal with.
