[Elecraft] TX Delay

There used to be a problem with the K3 before the updated synthesizer came out; at just around 30 wpm the keying would start to sound erratic. But with the new synthesizer installed in a K3, or a K3S, there’s no problem at any speed I can send at, even with QRQ mode off.
