[Elecraft] K3 - MixW interfacing

Yes - and after posting my request, I fiddled around a bit more I actually
stumbled into getting it work with the plain old serial interface.  I've
written down the settings that seem to work for me:

Kenwood
Elecraft K2
Com1  38400
PTT Via CAT Command
AFSK in place of FSK
Data 8 bits
Parity None
Stop bits 1
RTS Always ON
DTR Always ON

Now that it's working I won't touch a thing!!
