[Elecraft] KX2/KXPA100 WSJT-X Setup?

I’ve got my KX2 working with WSJT-X FT8 and am just inserting a
KXPA100/KXAT100 into the system. WSJT-X seems unhappy with CAT control - the
KXUSB cable used to connect my PC to the ACC jack on KX2 but that’s now
occupied by the KXPACBL/KX2ACBL cable combination that runs from the KXPA100
Control jack to the ACC jack. There is a RS232 jack on the KXPA100 to
connect to a PC for use of the KXPA100 Utility.

Is there a way to sort this out?
