[Elecraft] K2 Resistance Check

OK - I check this again after moving the board off my antistatic mat and
onto the manual, and power cycling the multimeter, and how I'm getting 3.6k
ohms at this point.  So all OK.  Not sure what this issue was that moving
the board or power cycling the MM solved.
