[Elecraft] Shipping high value items by UPS

Well I'll confess to being in the USPS supporter camp.  I've had great service 
from them.   My KPA1500 even came Priority Mail.

I use the addressing scheme below too.

I have a POB and another great free PO service is Informed delivery.  Every 
morning I get an email with pictures of mail for the day.  From it I can make a 
decision if I want to or need to go to the PO that day.  Here:

Not a well known PO service.
