Subject: [Elecraft] KAT500 question

My KAT500 turns on by itself after a power outage.  I can then turn it off and it stays off until another power outage.  I am using a regulated wall wart to power it.  Is this normal behavior? I keep it powered continuously but normally turned off.   Allen, W0OUU
