[Elecraft] VOX tripping each receive cycle on FT8

First, I'd have to ask why are you using VOX?   I find that CAT control 
is 100% reliable and is equally as fast or faster than VOX.   Just be 
sure the DLY control on the Signalink is set fully counterclockwise.    
Likely your VOX level is too high and AntiVOX level is too low.    I'd 
opt for CAT control and not VOX.
