[Elecraft] NB IF NAR/CODEC

I normally start with the IF NB OFF.  Turn on the DSP NB and adjust the 
level for what I feel is optimum effect.  Then remember the ## and set 
it to OFF.  Then turn on the IF NB, set it to what I feed is optimum 
effect.  Then go back to the DSP NB and set it to the previous value.  
Best done when no signal, other than noise, is on the band/frequency.
