[Elecraft] WSJT-X Disabling TX INHIBIT on K3S

I asked this question previously and was told that the WSJT-X would not effect TX INHIBIT on the K3S.

In trying to confirm this just now, TX INHIBIT is clearly disabled when I call CQ on FT8 digital mode.

Any thoughts?
