[Elecraft] KX3 out of band TX inhibit

Oliver,

Did you buy a used KX3?  The prior owner may have requested and 
installed the MARS software which opens up transmit to non-ham band 
frequencies.
Contact support at elecraft.com to find out how to restore normal US band 
limits.
