[Elecraft] K3: CM500 vs. SB40

Depends how big your ears are, I suppose... but for me, the CM500 is
more comfortable - the SB45 opening is quite a bit smaller, and
pinches my ears a bit. I also like the mesh band (CM500) better than
the squishy one (SB45)... but I'm not bald... yet....
