[Elecraft] [OT?] Changing which hand you send with

If you lost the use of your dominant hand due to a stroke or industrial accident what would you do? I would guess you would continue life pretty much as it is today except there would be a slowing of productivity until you got back up to speed with the non-dominant hand. Switching hands occurs a lot more frequently than we hear about and generally it is later in life when it is far more difficult.
