[Elecraft] K3S TX Noise Gate

Which monitor setting are you using?  If you have selected "Fast"
monitor, you may not hear the TX Gate (or EQ, compression, etc.).
The fast monitor is "pre-DSP" audio that avoids the latency (delay)
in the DSP processing.
