Don,
Yes, email parts at elecraft.com, or since you have the part number, you
can contact sales sales3 at elecraft.com or phone them at 831-763-4211 to
order a replacement.
To remove it, cut the plastic or otherwise push it off the pins, and
then remove the pins one at a time unless you have really good
desoldering tools.
