What is KPA3 set to in your K3S?    Perhaps your 100w amp (if one is installed) is bypassed.

My problem is that my transceiver does not have 100 Watts. It only reaches 12 W maximum on the PWR knob. You say "make sure that it is turned on in

the menu. "I ask" turned on in the menu "where ??
