[Elecraft] KPA1500 connecting cable to K3

The KPA1500 to K3 cable is 5 feet long.
Yes, it can be extended, but about 10 feet is the limit.  The limiting 
factor is the response time on the single wire communications bus over 
the AUXBUS line.
