[Elecraft] K3 AF knob..

Well, of the big 5, we know the policy of one of them. That's 
how I got replacement knobs a year or so ago.

(I see the big DXpeditions using Elecraft and sometimes Flex 
gear. I don't see them using the others very often. Perhaps I'm 
missing something.)
