[Elecraft] Windows 10 Update Breaks COM Port for K3 & P3 Utilities

What I meant was, can you use some other program besides K3 Utility, like Hyperterm, etc. (a simple terminal server) to communicate with the K3? An updated terminal utility may have been included with your new OS.
