I never understood why the P3 didn't have I/Q outputs in the first 
place, and I remember pleading for them well before the P3 was 
finalized.  It never made sense to me to have to have to add additional 
hardware to make use of other software that used I/Q outputs when the P3 
clearly generated them internally.
