[Elecraft] K2 RF Capacitor ID

Those capacitors are using the standard 3 digit code - two significant 
digits followed by a multiplier (9 is used for a multiplier of 0.1 in 
this type of identification).

010 is 1pF
030 is 3pF
270 is 27pF
229 is 2.2pF

I don't know where your 270pF (marked 271) capacitor may be, you didn't 
list it.

With manufacturers discontinuing many thru-hole components, it is 
getting more and more difficult to keep the manuals current with the 
available supply.
