[Elecraft] New Feature for K3S

I cannot find a way to have the K3S remember the power setting per mode.
When switching from Digital modes to CW and having to set the power level
each time is a pain. It would certainly be a welcome feature at this QTH if
the K3S remember the last power setting for each mode as well as each band.
