[Elecraft] PAR/LNR EFHW antenna

KX2 so not much power.  53 feet of Wireman #534 should tune and radiate 
on most bands with a KX2, and fit in a sandwich sized baggie.  Another 
chunk for a counterpoise.

Simple.  Maybe not perfect, but simple.
