[Elecraft] Ordered KPA1500 on 8/30

My Invoice is dated 8/29/2017 for the full amount.  I am sure we are all 
curious what the invoice date is of those being shipped with admittedly 
the warning that is not an absolute but it would give us that ordered 
some clues.
