Short & sweet...

I had issues with my K3s that required 
factory work. Elecraft went the extra mile 
to resolve them and were far more than 
fair in doing so. There are few companies 
that take care of their customers as well 
as Elecraft.

I have said this before, here, and I'll 
gladly say it again; As long as Elecraft 
is making radio equipment and following 
their historic work ethic, I will be a 
customer for life.
