[Elecraft] KAT500

I use the SWITCHED 12V source from my K3S. When I turn on the radio the
KAT500 powers up at the same time. This is per page 14, Operation in
the KAT500 manual. "Apply power to the KAT500 before or at the same
time you turn the K3/K3S on."
