[Elecraft] ATU not working

Do NOT do a full factory reset. You will need to reload the config after you do that.

1. Reseat the ribbon cable.
2. Using the KX3 Utility, save a configuration. Do this whether reseating the cable fixes it or not.
3. If it still doesn’t work, do the reset and reload the configuration.
