[Elecraft] KPA1500 Client/Server Software

The KPA1500 Remote s/w, which should be on our website later this week, supports
both a local operation via direct connection via USB or ethernet to the amp.
This s/w also supports client/server operation when there is a computer running
the K3Remote s/w at each end. (with the same user interface.)
